Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services

In celebration of Mother’s Day and to support the mental health of mothers in our community, Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services, in partnership with Restful Waters are offering a 5 week mindfulness course in May.

Women will learn the techniques of mindfulness to reduce stress, manage emotions and enhance connection with others.
