Leeming Primary School

To enrol at Leeming Primary School please complete Enrolment Application Part A and return to the school office along with copies of:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunisation Records
• Proof of your current address (Rates notice or Rental agreement and an Electricity or Gas bill)
• Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements
• Visa documentation if applicable Visa Entitlement Verification

Once your application has been approved by the Principal, an Enrolment Pack – Part B (Student Enrolment Form) will need to be completed and returned to the school.

2025 Kindergarten Enrolments

Our 2025 Kindergarten Enrolments open on Monday 15 April 2024 and close on Friday 19 July 2024. Please complete the above Enrolment Application Part A and return to the office along with copies of the items requested as above.
